SwarBodh is designed to function without any form of user registration, login, or identity input. There is no mechanism, technical or intentional, through which users can submit personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account identifiers.

We do not collect, request, store, or process personal data.

Specifically:

  • There is no account system
  • There are no forms requesting personal details

  • Users cannot submit names, email addresses, or contact information through the App

The App collects anonymous usage data to understand how exercises are being used and to improve the learning experience. This data is stored on our own servers and is not linked to any individual user.

  • Cannot be used to identify, profile, or contact any individual user

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the legal basis for collecting anonymous usage data is our legitimate interests in understanding how the App is used and improving its functionality. This data cannot be used to identify you.

4. Purpose of Data Collection

Anonymous usage data is used exclusively to:

  • Understand how exercises are being used
  • Improve exercise design, difficulty calibration, and overall usability
  • Make informed product decisions
